Oversaw one of the top ten boys youth soccer programs in the United States. Integral in bringing US Soccer Developmental Academy to CUSC in 2006. Developed the program and hired staff, with more than 25 coaches working under my guidance. Recruited and helped train over 100 players who played collegiate soccer during the listed time period. Provided guidance for players during the college recruiting process, stressing academics and the necessity to obtain a degree. Facilitated a relationship with the Chicago Fire of Major League Soccer with Carmel United, helping in player development and secured financial contributions from the Fire to the Carmel United.
Responsible for daily operations of the men's soccer program. Daily responsibilities included, but not limited to, all on-the-field training activities, recruiting, managing budgets, summer camps, monitoring academics, travel, scheduling. Member of the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Rankings Committee in 2002 and 2003. Member of the NCAA Tournament Recommendation Committee in 2004. 2001 Conference Tournament Champions, NCAA Tournament participants. 2004 Conference Co Champions.
Worked with numerous boys teams at Carmel United leading them to ten state championships and two runner up finishes in the Region 2 Championships.
During tenure responsibilities included head recruiter, planning all travel arrangements and running a very successful summer camp. In both 1996 and 1997 the program reached the NCAA Tournament and in 97 Butler was ranked as high as number five in the country during the season.
