Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity. Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. Schedule staff hours and assign duties. Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation, serving, building maintenance, and dining facilities. Keep records required by government agencies regarding sanitation, and food subsidies when appropriate. Establish standards for personnel performance, appearance, and customer service. Implement new programs and provide direction the stores need to follow from Corporate. Perform audits as directed; prepare schematics for stores to follow as well as setting schematics. Analyzing department opportunities, conduct store visits, create action plans to make lasting changes, and coach department managers to meet and exceed targets for service, sales and gain. Support holiday merchandising, and quality standards.
