I have been in the food services industry nearly all of my life, in nearly every position, from waiting tables, to managing a prepared food department, from event catering to volunteering to cook for outreach to the elderly. I have also catered for the local sportsmen's clubs.  
     I have training and experience in the following  baking i.e.. breads, muffins, cakes, cooking meals to order and items by bulk, cake decoration, also sanitation requirements and guidelines (my current position does not require the updating of my certificates so they have expired).
  As a manager I was responsible for staffing and scheduling employees. Quality control, inventory, and food cost.

All product ordering, inventory control, food costs, profit/loss, staff scheduling and product quality control. also outside catering events.
  As for accomplishments I am proud to say that I was brought in as a trouble shooter to failing accounts, and the accounts I managed became profitable within six month of my start.
