I am a seasoned veteran in the banking industry. I have been in banking for 13 years. I have been with Chase bank for 4.5 years and plan to stay. I work very hard in anything I do and I am very goal oriented. I am a team player, flexible work schedule and accommodating. I handle many entities that include: Atm (current custodian), TCD, and vault. The day to day operations of audits (when needed), supervisor overrides, adopter, schedule branch appointments, night drop deposits, transaction line, new opportunities for current or new clients, customer maintenance (close accounts, debit cards, address changes, ect.), new tablet training coming and many more duties.
I have been through one branch review, since being here and we passed. The branch review analyst said that I did not miss any questions or any cause for concern.

I handled many entities including but not limited to: 2 Eatm's, walk up Atm, Cash Recycler, TCD, Vault and 12 cashboxes. I handled all day to day operations including but not limited to: all branch audits, audit schedule for the branch, branch retention, supervisor overrides, transaction line, full 4 lane drive thru, scheduling branch appointments, work with manager on branch schedules, work with managers on monthly ICSC, notary services, train new AB's when they get to the branch and many more duties that an LAO has to fulfill.
I worked a very busy branch but tow market director (market switched) and both of them had me go work at other branches to help with improvements and give input for branch reviews.
I drove 1 hour (each way) to and from my home branch, meaning that I am not new to traveling for the job.
I went through two branch reviews, while at this branch and we passed both. The first one being a 96 and the second being a 98. As the Lao, I was very proud of myself and the team.

I was recruited to be a teller trainer for two regions. Once tellers were through the initial training, I helped them get situated in the branches and helped with anything they needed. I was able to help them remotely, as well. I helped with branch systems, policies, procedures and any support in general.
I was also recruited for the online banking department. I had a switch board on my phone that allowed me to answering the phone from clients needing help with their online banking/mobile banking. If clients needed help with their passwords, user id, issues with technology, resets or just getting signed up for the online services, I was there to help them with their needs.
I went through two branch reviews and passed both.
