  • Constructed new Restricted Stock Unit procedures and models to calculate equity buy-out, evaluate corporate stock to issue, determine amortization schedule and documented activity for SOX compliance. This established an informational hierarchy within human capital, created an easy path to reconciliation with the plan administrator and provided a centralized location for SOX documentation equating to an invaluable amount of time savings and organization.
  • Led the acquisition of a new custodial vendor. The project involved review of multiple RFP's to determine which company was the best suited to manage our unique compensation plans. Facilitated the transfer of information, managed the testing phase, and ran parallel operations with the new vendor to ensure accuracy.
  • Developed a new monthly matrix process to reduce the number of staff hours allocated from one day to 3 hours. Designed and implemented a series of formulaic templates that removed manual manipulation. The solution provided additional time to analyze the data in place of performing a monthly recreation.
