  • The role also includes training new staff and management of over 1000+ patrons on site on average at a time to ensure work operations are followed through smoothly and efficiently
  • The role also includes tending to patron and staff queries and complaints as well as rectifying them, includes quick puzzle solving skills and initiative due to possible projection issues, as well as closing and opening the site alone, which also involves cash handling
  • I have learned more in this role than I have ever before, being in a role where I am not only on my feet and involving people skills, however, also needing me to complete daily tasks and communicating with head office to run the site.
