Summary

I am an Attorney, licensed to practice law within the State of Florida, and I have multiple years of legal experience in Criminal law, Family law, Dependency law, and Civil law (Property and Personal Injury Defense) practice areas. I am a young attorney with litigation experience in Criminal Prosecution and I am looking to take my trial skills to transition into Civil Litigation. While attending Willamette University College of Law in Salem, OR, my elective curriculum focused on a wide array of areas within civil law, and I "booked" my Alternative Dispute Resolution class in law school. As a lawyer, my primary goal has, and will always be, advocating for victim's rights. While in law school, I completed my graduation writing requirement for my J.D. on emerging issues related to consumer law and deceptive trade practices. Specifically, my graduation paper focused on the need for clear legal remedies for consumers and market competitors who suffer injury by deceptive trade practices, attributable to purchased or self-fabricated fake reviews bolstering product reliability and ratings on third-party marketplaces. During my upbringing, I was fortunate enough to reside in both the United States and Spain, and as a result, I am proficient in Spanish. I would be more than happy to expand on any portion of my resume if any questions arise.
