I have 5 years of management experience in high volume retail (approximately $10 million a year in sales) that include but are not limited to Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Human Resources. I am working towards an Associate of Science in general business management degree at OCCC with an expected graduation date of December 2021. I then plan on obtaining a Bachelor's degree in business management/administration from UCO. Currently I am looking to take the next step in my career of retail management. I have executed each of the management positions I've held at a high level, receiving glowing recommendations and reviews from my superiors, even being invited to be a part of NSO (new store opening) projects by my District Manager. I have worked closely with my store managers over the years and am extremely confident that I am ready for a Store Manager or General Manager position. I enjoy working for Ralph Lauren and the people that I work with but am excited about taking the next step in my career.

I have been a part of New Store Opening projects most recently helping open our store in Milpitas, CA.
I have received two promotions and held all three positions available as an assistant manager since starting my career with Ralph Lauren 7 years ago showing that I am career oriented and goal driven.
I have participated in our RL Gives Back volunteering program each year working a live auction called Dancing for a Miracle to support the Oklahoma Children's Hospital.
