COVID 19 testing and tracing

During time of high infection rate I over see and complete COVID 19 swabbing of all full time staff twice weekly, PRN and part-time staff once weekly, as well as all residents once weekly. I keep in close contact with the health department and testing lab. When a positive result is found I assist in notifying all resident family members. I maintain spreadsheets to track where infection/outbreak is located to aide in monitoring for additional positive residents and/or staff members. When a staff member or resident is showing symptoms of COVID 19 I also complete rapid swabbing.
