Directed 5 member team. Responsible for Greenlake operations, Global deals desk , Cross Border , PBS pricing for EMEA partners.

  • Greenlake operations :- Budgetary quote creation, liaising with HPEFS, Terms preparation (SOW),Legal quote creation,preparing the Order request form,liasing with Credit and collections team, Order booking coordination,place ELCAF requests, provide SAL copy, working on PL split etc . In addition ensures tracking of change orders, customer purchase orders, legal order and order credit for multi-BU deals.
  • Coordinate and ensure efficient set-up of WW Quotes, working across GEOs and entities. Proactive involvement in the deal pre sales phase to ensure compliance and financial readiness for booking
  • Provides order management expertise and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs and activities
  • Recommends changes and updates to process architecture, framework, and resource deployment, including forecasts and budget, to meet performance and stakeholders (Internal and external)
  • Accountable for the overall management of the back-office operations; This includes selection, on-boarding, training & development, performance management, employee relations, demonstrating leadership and modeling coaching behaviors.
  • Ensure all Greenlake sales processing activities for assigned areas are performed in alignment with service expectations and business objectives.
  • Manages and expands relationships with clients and internal and external partners and clients to effectively provide feedback, negotiate outcomes and drive changes to sales processes, policies, and tools to improve performance and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Project manage cross functional initiatives.
  • Work with Business development managers to identify and solve the bottlenecks affecting the Greenlake process. Further to improve our sales process through the implementation of better measurement and execution.
  • Consult with senior business leaders to identify relevant analytics, metrics and outcomes for the assigned areas and manage metrics/analytics programs to help sales leaders make data-backed business decisions.

As a people manager, Conduct Focal point review; Outline the measurable Goals that aligns with business objectives and Identify project areas and collaborate with a cross-functional team.

  • Greenlake operations - Quote creation and validation, Adhering to pricing guidelines, Placing ELCAF requests, WBS, Coordinate and ensure efficient set-up of WW Quotes, working across geos and entities. Proactive involvement in the deal pre sales phase to ensure compliance and financial readiness for booking

· Coordinates Quote creation, order booking, customer Invoicing, place ELCAF requests; ensures tracking of change orders, customer purchase orders, legal order and order credit for multi-BU deals.

· Provides order management expertise and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs and activities

  • Executes operational activities related to Greenlake operation process from Quote to Cash invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are successfully completed and appropriately assigned for sales compensation.
  • Built and managed project plans, coordinated resources and monitored performance to track progress against expectations.
  • Developed and optimized tools to enable strong sales success through effective use of Salesforce.com
  • Supported all sales team members to drive growth and development.
  • Evaluated employee progress and compliance while identifying areas for additional coaching by monitoring daily performance.
  • Managed employee payroll, hiring, termination, and training to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Validate and provides the authorization after taking into consideration about export and import restriction for Cross Border transactions. Closely works with Legal and contracts team.
  • Global deal operations;

- Responsible for Global deals in PURSUE stage and implementing in Regional theaters (APJ, EMEA, AMS and LATAM regions) after deal is WON.

- Qualifies global deal. Runs Gross Margin analysis, provide financial analysis to Business unit.

- Partner with Channels team in executing the Project based deals for specific time period.

- Quote creation, deal modification, adhoc project requests, to work with sales for revenue forecast, understand contract terms
