Yearly budget setting (Top-Down/Bottom-up strategy on customers basis).
Definition of yearly business conditions.
Constant monitoring and reporting on weekly, monthly, yearly basis at area and customers level trough accurate statistics.
Negotiation and conclusion of (exclusive) distribution contracts
In direct cooperation with the marketing direction:
Decision on sales and marketing plans (“push/pull” strategies according to business area and customer).
Decision on support to local sales and marketing campaigns according to local strategies.
Exhibition organization.
Definition and management of yearly budget.
Definition of sales plan and proposals to achieving the yearly budget.
Monitoring and reporting of monthly existing, expected and foreseen turnover.
Acquisition new clients and implementation new distribution channel
Continuous development of existing clients.
Organization of exhibitions.
Visits to clients, mainly, in Europe
Cooperation with the sales director in setting the yearly Budget
Elaboration of targeted sales offers and individual solutions
Support to market analysis drafting
Support to the sales force with regards to sales conditions drafting
Monitoring and reporting of the sales turnover development on monthly / quarterly basis
Organization secretariat
