  • This was a 3 year multimillion dollar effort to add resiliency, reliability and scalability to the system which supported $3 to $4 trillion of daily international funds clearing activity.
  • Directed 4 onshore and 3 offshore developers to Internationalization the Treasury Billing system.
  • The effort increased billing revenue and also created a central worldwide billing system for Treasury Services.
  • Designed and managed the technical initiatives for the build of the new mainframe development architectural framework for the Global Customer Information Facility (CIF) system.
  • The framework increased time to market by 60-70%, decreased defects by 70-80% and allowed all development to be performed by more junior offshore team members.
  • Earned US patent number 9342XXX.
  • Led project for the Global Funds Control System (GFC) to redesign and rewrite the mainframe interface to the Global Exposure system.
  • The redesign increased the runtime efficiency of the process by over 100% and allowed data to be refreshed three times a day and helped limit credit exposure for JPMorgan.
