Assigned as a Parachute Rigger and Air Transportation Journeyman at the 130th AW in Charleston, WV. Assisted in planning Air Drop Missions for the Aerial Port and built cargo loads from the ground up to be air dropped to various locations. Responsibilities include staying up to date on all training and certifications for deployment readiness; Process passengers and cargo through the Aerial Port; Send cargo manifests to external base for storage; compare manifests to passenger and cargo logs for verification; Assemble cargo loads and air drop platforms for various types of loads ranging in size; Perform technical, routine, and in-storage rigger-type inspections on cargo parachutes and extraction parachutes, as well as other airdrop equipment before, during, and after each use; Inspect the work of other parachute riggers and correct any errors found to ensure mission success; Inspect, test, and install extraction and release systems; Maintain records of various types of parachutes packed and loads assembled for accountability assurance on separates forms; Reconciled source documentation to the system transactional history to identify discrepancy(s) and prepare the necessary adjustment to correct errors.

Assigned as an Emergency Management employee for the entire county to assist the Director and Assistant Director in daily operations. During his time at the Kanawha County Commission he assisted in processing grants from Police and Fire Departments for the 2016 Fiscal Year, kept standard records of documents provided by commissioners and directors, and assisted with natural disasters that occurred. He reconciled source documentation to transaction data to identify and correct any discrepancies. He assisted over 150 flood victims in the Kanawha County Emergency Operations Center by providing available resources such as flood debris removal, Red Cross Assistance, and supplies delivery. He maintained relations with contractors to ensure that all work and flood relief requirements were satisfied. He also delivered supplies to the command center that would benefit victims affected by floods.
Was tasked with providing billing assistance to over 1000 clients and keeping all cases organized by case number. He documented all cases in Laserfiche, which allowed the firm to have paper and electronic copies of all case material to be used in court or mediation. He edited billing on physical copies and verified/reconciled that both electronic and physical copies were complete and up-to-date.
