I am a hard working individual that enjoys working with people, and I have excellent leadership and multi-tasking skills. My experience in various capacities of management and customer relations includes: retail management, customer service, and directing an after school educational program. I am adept at problem solving, coaching, effectively communicating, hiring and training a hardworking quality staff, and creating a team environment.

My role at Three Rivers Area Mentoring (TRAM) is to oversee an after school program designed to meet the needs of students at risk. My goal is to provide a nurturing and individualized learning environment for each and every student in the program, help the students feel safe, and deliver academic support. I fully participate in fund raising activities, community events, and the planning and design of the program structure and content. I thoroughly enjoy working directly with the students and their families.
As a sales associate, I helped customers select products that best fit their needs, answered customers' questions and complaints in person and via phone, exceeded personal sales goals, kept the store clean and kept orderly product displays, tracked daily sales, and built and maintained effective relationships with management and peers.
As an assistant manager, I was responsible for reorganizing the sales floor to meet company demands, stocking and restocking inventory when shipments were received, training, directing, communicating with, and supervising employees in all aspects of their position, and providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting each customer.
