  • Pursue the recruitment and enrollment of qualified graduate applicants and assist them through the application process.
  • Process graduate applications for Domestic and International applicants in an administrative computing student information system.
  • Review and evaluate final official transcripts in order to complete files of graduate students who have indicated intent to enroll in the UC Riverside campus.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students regarding entrance requirements, application procedures, financial aid availability, housing alternatives, etc.
  • Determine eligibility of a limited number of graduate applicants, based on admissions guidelines.
  • Provide support as a liaison to and point of resource to all graduate faculty and staff, as well as providing admission counseling to prospective graduate applicants.
  • Responsible for the review of all graduate admission offers and post admission tasks.

  • Process applications in administrative computing system. Enter transfer coursework. Prepare files for evaluation/decision. Link scanned documents in document imaging system. Create and update files.
  • Track received documents in computing system.

  • Responsible for pre-screening & conducting interviews with customers in both English and Spanish, using standard forms to obtain personal, family and financial data that is required in determining eligibility for one or more public social service aids and/or basic information required to authorize social service plans.
