  • Oversees MCtime Program - As the Departmental subject matter expert, worked on the development and programming with the contractor, KRONOS, for the Montgomery County Government's electronic timecard recording program.

  • Responsible for overview of training materials and bi-weekly review of departmental timecards for accuracy and conformance to policy to ensure accuracy.
  • Executes final signature authority for changes in access levels, schedules and over-ride authority over all electronic manager signatures.


  • Manages Personnel Complement for MCFRS - by ensuring compliance to budgetary and operation needs.
  • Creates and abolishes positions thru ORACLE based on budget authorization.
  • Provides authorized position numbers available for promotion and/or transfers prior to promotion announcements and transfer meetings.
  • Provides analysis of on-board personnel as requested for CountyStat, OMB, OHR and work place diversity.
  • Ensures compliance to organizational structure by reviewing transfer documentation and requests for position moves submitted by Division Chiefs.


  • Manages the Review/Approval process for all ORACLE personnel transactions process from the Administrative Services Division including pay increases, reductions in pay, transfers, separations, retirements and disciplinary actions to ensure accuracy.


  • Implements the HR Liaison yearly review of the Work Performance Management system, included in the ORACLE platform, which electronically tracks and justifies employees' performance planning and appraisals. Monitors/reviews/ensures compliance to policy and improve deadline adherence for submission.
