To obtain a challenging position that allows me to utilize my current skills and learn new ones in a long term employment opportunity. I would like to be in a place where my dedication, knowledge, hard work and organizational skills are needed. I am very familiar with computers and many programs used, excellent at multi- tasking, being organized, and responding to things in a timely manner. I also have excellent communication skills when dealing with people in any type of situation.
The company is based out of Michigan but I handle 6 other states as well.
Take care of internal logistics such as shipping equipment or marketing materials.
Check every technician report to edit and adjust them for billing.
Process billing and receive payments on all invoices.
Process orders for small and large equipment quotes.
Place orders with our vendors for shipments to our client.
Track every piece of equipment that has shipped to make sure it arrives when and where it needs to.
From there I schedule installation of the products.
I handle Project Installation scheduling and coordinate with the office, general contractors and cabling crews to get everything organized and ready for our technicians arrival.
I also handle the scheduling and installation of LED and Carestream X-Ray units.
This can be difficult because each unit is unique and the technician I assign must be certified on that specific unit.
I schedule the Site Surveys for these and make sure the site is prepped and ready to go on install day.
I work with offices when their credit cards are declined or if their accounts are past due and try to get them back on track.
I send a report of the past due accounts every week to my supervisor to keep him up to date.
With this also comes depositing any checks that come in the mail into our company account and updating him on that as well.
Because I am in another state I am on the phone frequently and take care of any calls or emails that come into Client Care.
This includes billing questions, scheduling issues, or assisting a Field Technician with whatever he may need while onsite.
I oversee two other people on my team and they assist me with scheduling smaller installs, answering the phone, etc.
I also write procedures for each one of my duties.
The goal is to make it understandable for anyone to be able to pick up my task if needed and understand exactly what it is they need to do.
This extends to clients as well; I must explain technical jargon in a way they will understand without sounding demeaning.
