• Tasked with selecting, training and developing implementation of crisis intervention training/skills/policies and utilization of those skills to patrol officers in order to develop more effective interactions and referrals regarding the mental health community and individuals in crisis.

Accident Reconstruction Investigator- 2014-2016

Field Training Supervising Sergeant- 2019-Present

• Responsible for supervision of several Field Training Officers and Trainees to ensure that Training Officers are teaching to departmental standards and that trainees are meeting those standards.

Honor Guard Cadre- 2013-2018

• Cadre of the Allentown Police Honor Guard, which includes organizing and presenting at public events and funerals in full ceremonial dress uniform

Honor Guard Commander- 2018-2021

• Responsible for supervising, planning and leading the Allentown Police Honor Guard, which is a 25 member unit, in Police Funerals, Special Events, Parades, and State/Federal Ceremonies

Police Academy Instructor- 2014-Present

• Trains and instructs Police Cadets in Academics, Firearms and Tactics at the Allentown Police Academy.

Lehigh Valley Law Enforcement Officers Peer Wellness Group Coordinator- 2022-Present

• Co-founded a regional peer wellness group that helps local law enforcement officers find help for mental health treatment, substance use treatment, and many other needs.

Assigned while on active duty (06/2003-06/2007) to the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division. Promoted to Sergeant (2006). Trained and deployed in multiple capacities to include:

• Infantry Rifle Team Operations
• High Value Target Operations
• Sniper and Countersniper Operations
• Indirect Fire Operations
• Covert Reconnaissance and Surveillance Operations

During combat operations deployed specifically as:

• Convoy security HMMWV Machine Gunner- during operations in Baghdad, Iraq and resulting insurgency including the Siege of Sadr City(2003-2004)
• Mortar Team Gunner and Rifleman- Battle of Karbala, Iraq (2004)
• Rifle Team Leader- utilized for Border Reconnaissance, Security, and Tracking on the Syria/Iraq border (2005)
• Sniper Team Leader then promoted to Sniper Squad Leader- Battle of Ramadi, Iraq (2006-2007) which included training and leading 6-12 US Army and Iraqi Army soldiers in intense urban combat missions against a well armed and trained enemy.
• Conducted over 500 direct combat missions.
• Was responsible for over $350,000 in military equipment with no equipment losses.

Additionally trained in:

• Combat Lifesaver (advanced traumatic injury training) and with this training provided medical aid to multiple US and Coalition casualties while conducting combat operations.

Upon Honorable Discharge from Active Duty:

• Served from 06/2007 to 06/2008 in the PA Army National Guard as a Sergeant in the 104th Long Range Surveillance Detachment (Airborne), 28th Infantry Division.
