  • I've also been head of Safety Comity, helped set up safety protocols, and rules.
  • I was also working with Hospitals and families for placement. I'm also experienced in discharge planning when a Resident was ready to go home.
  • Once a Resident is discharge I've set up therapy to assess living conditions to make sure Resident is safe; as well as Lifeline, and Meals on Wheels if needed. I always want Residents to be as successful as possible when discharged.
