Keep receivable contact relationships, communication flow on confirmation of payment, billing, lien waiver discrepancies as to not hold up payments. Submit supplier waivers when requested by builder. Receipt checks, balance accounts per check deposit by dates, update Statements. Work side by side with Vice President on Builder updates. Oversee Comptroller Bank Deposit, when out of office, as well as postal mail.
Payroll Administrator. Previously worked 11 years. Employee Applications, AZ New Hire, E-Verify, Employee timecards, importing/exporting excel data for weekly payroll check printing, verify names/amounts on checks, group/sort per labor category, stuff to envelopes, create employee check sign sheets. Maintain employee files, verifications, garnishments, levies, I-9's, Safety/Osha meetings for compliance, raises/increase benefits. Comply with Payroll updates. Assist other Departments when out of office.
