Coordinate and process Bill of Lading, customs documents, and other related shipping documents
Tracking of packages and or shipments sent via intermodal, LTL, FTL
Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls regarding operations
Order department supplies as necessary
Prepare and submit carrier freight claims
Build customer relationships
Managed accounts to ensure that the customer is receiving the best product at the best cost, Maximize margin, network efficiency, and on time performance
Manage customer accessorial charges to minimize disputes and assist in collections
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for freight bills to improve company cash flow
Determine which accessorial charges can be billed and communicate to the customer
Following up with customers to ensure we are securing our awarded business
