Some resume writing experts recommend listing major course projects in the experience or education section of your resume. Whether you list projects or courses, you should strive to show an employer how your education prepares you to succeed in the job you are seeking. Make sure that your summary statement and skills section correspond to the requirements set forth in a job description.
You may find it helpful to look over real resumes and cover letters by recent graduates. If your major is in a relevant field, you may not need to list any courses. If the fact that you have taken coursework relevant to the job is not immediately apparent, you may want to list a few courses in your education section. Avoid listing any coursework that does not correspond to the requirements for the job you are seeking.
