Always start your resume with your name and contact information along with any professional social media presence you have. Following that, craft a concise yet detailed summary statement that spotlights a few of your skills and what makes you perfect for the job you want. Next, list your skills and qualifications. Use the job posting to inform you on what skills to include. Certain skills needed to be a front-end developer include testing, debugging, cross-browser development, and problem solving skills.
Your work experience comes next, starting with your most recent or current job. Each job you list needs accurate information about the location, your job title, and the dates you worked. As with skills, look at the job activities listed in the job posting to influence what activities you focus on. Include your education last and keep it relevant. Nearly half of all front-end developer jobs require a bachelor's degree, so you don't need to talk about high school.
