No need to worry if you have no work experience at all – most employers understand that high school students are just getting started. For this reason, you can leave out an experience section entirely, spending more time on other areas.
Although you may have accomplished many goals so far, you may want to focus heavily on your skills and education sections when beginning your resume. These sections can help bring weaker areas of your resume to the finish line. Consider past clubs, honors, certifications, awards, and any other activity that makes you stand out from the rest. Including even a summer of volunteer work can make your resume shine all the more.
