Summary

I am very hardworking and reliable. I started at Pump and Pantry over nights and before a year was promoted to management. Then when another promotion came up to move over to the motel side of the business I was put up by two of my higher up managers. I went for it determined and was able to get the job. I had no experience on a motel level but with the management skills i had acquired i took it head on. Within months employee moral and overall sales and ratings had increased. I loved the daily cClaireenges that came with the job. I prefer to be learning and growing. My only reason for leaving the Motel in Big Springs and Bosselmans was moving to Sidney with my future husband and his kids. The driving in winters was awful or i would be gone weeks at a time. I trained the new GM before leaving. I have a strong ability multi-task and to handle pressure. Highly organized, proactive and punctual with team-oriented mentality. I believe in leading by example. How can you expect anyone else to meet standards if you aren't holding yourself to the highest as well.
