. The Utilities Distribution System department is responsible for the construction, assembly and testing of a unit that would be placed in a commercial kitchen such as in restaurants or in school cafeterias. As an assembler I was responsible for using raw materials like Stainless Steel, black iron pipe and others to build the supply lines that would guide these utilities to the equipment in the finished unit.

. This position entailed the learning of many skills including the cutting, bending and welding of metal. An understanding of measurements and mathematics was also needed to accurately build and place each assembled supply line into the unit's casing.

There is also a selection of accessories such as WiFi routers and Bluetooth devices so that the customer can be assisted with whatever need may arise.
