In February 2015 I worked as an Audio Operator for Court Call; picking up attorneys and placing them into the correct courtroom. Leading court; Answering the Judge lines or dialing out to the court and opening and closing attorney lines when their matters were called. I was then promoted to Dispatch and worked as a go between for our company and the wholesale company, Court Call, to assist with any issues that arise between the two.
In 2016 I was advanced to Event Specialist and began leading conferences for major companies.
I was them promoted to a Web Event Specialist. I setup, establish connections, upload ppt's and other information to the web platform prior to presenters dialing in. I teach presenters how to use the options on the web platform, read specialized scripts and handle any technical issues that arise during the calls, both audio and web.
I helped pilot the Wellness Committee in 2015 and am still an active member.
