i was enrolled in Hillsboro High School (Williamson County, in Leipers Fork, TN). One of my classes the last two years of high school was a building trades class. i was bused to a vocational school in Franklin Tn for a 3 hour class everyday. My instructor was a home builder at the time and had projects ongoing. i learned every phase of building a residential home in that class and participated in hands on training during class hours by being allowed to visit and work on my instructors projects he had going on at the time. i graduated after my Junior year and went into the construction field.
