Responsible for aligning and managing the marketing and communications organizational infrastructure within the Division to maximize scalable capabilities. Lead a team of 18 and collaborated closely with Enterprise Marketing and Communications, Community Relations, and CRM Leadership.
• Own all aspects of marketing execution for 14 brands/hospitals – driving patient pipeline and revenue, increasing patient retention through social, email and multichannel mediums and training local hospital marketing directors on new internal brand initiatives to increase brand loyalty and retention for both employees and patients. In all, over 150 campaigns across various service lines and audiences were executed.
• Orchestrate all community outreach and give-back initiatives. Create and lead regional efforts for community outreach. Managed an annual $2M community outreach budget.
• Grew internal division based marketing department from 1 to a team of 6 that include a variety of skill mix in marketing operations, digital and integrated marketing, physician practice and retention, communications and content and creative.
• Managed an average annual budget of $11M for all 14 brands and develop national marketing and communications strategy to better unite the brands and co-brand when needed.
• Strategic marketing efforts assisted the division in substantial earnings growth from 2014 - 2019: Earnings +11%, ER Volume +7%, IP Surgeries + 7%, OP Surgeries +4
•Created marketing objectives and built brand awareness for 2 new hospitals in Central FJessicada and 10 free standing emergency rooms across the region.
• Worked alongside senior leadership to develop annual strategic plans. Analyze market share data to proactive prepare for shifts in the market and possible changes in the economy and how it could affect payors and our patients.
• Developed and designed annual Leadership Development conferences for over 500 healthcare leaders to include but not limited to creating senior leader presentations, agenda topics and coordinated keynote speaker talking points.
• Engaged in several online optimization programs in order to increase patient reviews on Facebook and Google. Within 2 months, review ratings increased from 2.7 to 4.0+ stars and approximately 50 to more than 200 reviews monthly per hospital.
•Managed communication and messaging for our call center, CRM teams and our MyHealthOne app allowing patient utilization rate to increase over 40% within 6 month.
• Researched and managed plans for a multimillion dolllar statewide rebranding campaigns that includes over 50 hospitals, 250 physician practices and other various access points.
• Created more than 40 hospital specific CPM Campaigns between 2013 - 2014 bringing in over $17 million in Gross CM which equated to 1,013 new patients.
• Collaborated with the HCA Broward Market on 35 CPM Campaigns within the past 12 months bringing in over $57 million in Gross CM and 2,994 new patients.
• YTD Highest Surgical Growth: Sinus +33.3%, GYN +11%, Robotics +38.4
• YTD Overall IP Surgeries: +6.4%
• YTD ER Visits: +5.7% / EMS Runs +10.1%
• Executed the first community based Google+ Hangout within HCA.
• Served as the primary lead in identifying and aligning new business growth via service line development strategies.
• Collaborated effectively and efficiently with hospital C-Suite when making long-term strategic decisions and branding initiatives.
• Lead the financial diligence and planning of annual marketing budgets that varied in ranges of up to $250,000 annually.
• Managed 30 employees under Lexus’s Employee Excellence Program.
• Maintained, tested, and processed monthly exams, web based tutorials, and requirements to meet employee satisfaction goals and knowledge of products and services.
• Assisted the President of the dealership.
• Interviewed and assisted in selecting yearly admissions to the law school.
• Reviewed over 500 yearly applications to prepare applicants for the final review process.
• Meet with potential students and parents to discuss protocol and requirements for law school applications.
