Working at Verizon requires experience, entails many responsibilities and requires a strong work ethic to maximize profits. In my position as sale representative, it was my duty to provide excellent customer service. Greeting customers and making them feel like they are in a welcome environment, as well as treating every client with the respect they deserved. I have always believed that customer satisfaction is the only method of ensuring company success in any field and I apply that idea with every job I have. My skills in sales is also what drives me to perfect my craft everyday I come into work. I truly enjoy the selling aspect of my job and I have gained much knowledge from my time working at Verizon. Besides those things, other responsibilities include filing paperwork, keeping the store neat at all times and communicating with my team leaders ensuring everyone is up to date.
My job at this company was to import and sell seafood to buyers across the country. I was working remotely for this job and was mostly handling business through phone calls. I was importing seafood from various countries in South and Central America.
My work at Central BDC was an at home job where I worked as a call representative. My job required me to reach out to potential customers that I would get from the companies lead system. We utilized a software that generated customers contact information from car dealerships all over the state of Florida. My job was to get in contact with those clients and persuade them to get back into the dealership and schedule a meeting with a sales rep in the dealership. For every meeting I scheduled I would make a profit so it helped drive me towards hitting my quotas and exceeding them as well.
