•Manage and supervise patient/donor work flow of clinic, i.e. wait times, physicals, UDS, BAT, etc.
•Ensures all drug screen collections, and breath alcohol testing are conducted using testing machines in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40 and DOT Specimen Collections Guidelines/ DOT Alcohol Testing Guidelines
•Ensures all pulmonary function testing are conducted using the Spirometer System, and all Respiratory Fit Testing is conducted using the Portacount follow all OSHA Guidelines
•Performs hair collections following Psychemedics guidelines
•Collects donor’s drug and blood results and faxes or emails results to clients as required
•Collects emails and faxes for scheduled visits for all clients
•Manages inventory of office and/or operational supplies which include, but are not limited to specimen cups, hair kits, custody and control forms(CCFs), alcohol mouth pieces, and spirometer mouth pieces in a timely manner
•Reviews medical evaluation questionnaires (MEQs) at end of day by pulling batch reports
•Performs biological checks for all audiometers, daily checks on all Portacounts and each spirometer, and monthly calibration checks on each alcohol machine.
•Informs the Director of Occupational Medical on all unusual circumstances surrounding all tests performed
•Ensures that occupational health paperwork is entered correctly into DISAWorks®
•Experience with budgeting, P&L statements, FTE reporting and management
•Resolves donor concerns and handles client complaints in a professional manner
