In my position here I was in charge of incoming and outgoing clients.  I answered the telephone calls with many questions and concerns.  In this position I also learn how to prepare payroll for twenty companies around the area and located in Virginia which I became very well acquainted with and enjoyed doing.  Also, I prepared taxes which gave me knowledge of answering those questions as they came in.  For the companies I had to draw up various letters using Microsoft Word. I often ran errands for items needed for the business and personal needs for the owners that were within and outside the office.

In this position I acquired my CDLs which enabled me to drive the school bus for summer field trips.  In the center, my tasks were to create and maintain activities (lesson plans) for my group of children which ranged from different grade levels; kindergarten through sixth. I was the head group leader of my group.  I also assisted my group with homework and made sure they were entertained and had something to do at all times while they were in our care.
