  • Overhauled unit administration programs by innovating new Microsoft Office products in order to more efficiently track report suspenses. The new products involved expert level syntax formatting for fields, linking the product to retrieve data from outside sources. These new products decreased administrative backlog by more than 60%.
  • Provided weekly briefings to commander and executive leadership staff regarding the status of unit programs and other reports and inspections. Created teleconferencing meetings using CISCO systems, Commercial Virtual Remote (CVR) Environment and Microsoft Teams in order to present data in an engaging manner in a virtual space.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on six different Air Force Personnel Center secure applications and Virtual Personal Network. Consulted over 130 military members on utilizing these applications and provided troubleshooting support.
