Undertook an undergraduate research project to discover the nature of an early Cascades volcanic formation. Completed an application in the Spring of 2019 which included a detailed abstract, plan, schedule, and goal for the project. This proposal was funded by the Agricola Scholars grant for a summer research project. Research was synthesized into two iterations of posters, one of which was presented at the Fall AGU conference in San Francisco last December and evolved into a thesis project on understanding the early Cascades and describing geochemical evolution of the arc over time.
