  • Working with attorneys during pre-trial, in-trial and post-trial phases of their cases.
  • Assisting the trial team in focusing on theories that can be used in discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
  • Helping clients with the most important case issues, and how best to present those issues to the jury.
  • Conducting Focus Groups to gauge juror reaction to key testimony, witnesses, documents and visual presentations, as well as specific arguments.
  • Assisting trial lawyers during jury selection to maximize the benefits of pre trial research
  • Providing observations and insight to make the jury selection process and de-selection strategy by using a more informed approach to assist the trial team.
