Transfer Coordinator December 2012 to CurrentNationwide Credit Inc (Ecova) － Vestal, NYAs a Transfer coordinator it was my responsibility, depending on the task assigned to me, to either clear a property of any balance or possible balance that could be placed on a bank owner property before its sale. In this certification process i found that businesses and representative responded well to my attitude and tone and were more than happy to work with me to accomplish my goals. Because i had learned this process from the ground up i had also been tasked from time to time to walk the floor and answer questions that the other representatives could have on the floor. I had no problem with this and greatly enjoyed the task. Also as i was very good at noting and processing payments i was also tasked with troubleshooting and correcting any errors made in payments by reps on the floor. Once again i enjoyed this task and had no problem fixing the errors.
