I describe myself as an anthusiastic, patient-driven, critical-care RN with the aforementioned skills. I am offering the last seven years of nursing experience and the last 14 years of detailed, medical record transcription. I strive to work hard for my employer, but most importantly, my patients. I am driven to perfect customer service in all healthcare roles I perform, which is why i stand by the "Do No Harm" platform at ALL times. I love to educate, mentor, and train others to achieve the goals they are dreaming of. I am a people pleaser, but I balance well as a proactive leader. I am driven by challenge, which is my intention for pursuing this new endeavor with you.

Currently, this is the only transcription duty I possess. Dr. Bates is one of the very few remaining private practice physicians not utilizing EMR. Dr. Bates still dictates on microcassettes, and I transcribe peronsal letters as well as medical records into Microsoft Word documents.
Primary duty was that of a cardiac step-down, newly-licensed LPN. Within the first six months of being a successful step-down LPN, I began floating to ICU, per request, as I had a newly-found passion for excelleing in the critical care department.
