  • Leadership-I know what it takes to be an effective leader. With multiple years of experience leading Teams of up to 20 individuals, I feel that it's imperative to share the "big picture" or the reason "why." This tends to give your team motivation, keep them on task, and give them a sense of understanding of their role, while also showing they're value to the Team.
  • Goal-oriented-I feel that common short and long term goals are very important for a team to work towards together. Accomplishment of goals then offers a sense of Pride and helps maintain discipline.
  • Organizational skills-Organization helps with efficiency and staying on task and should be implemented at all times.
  • Communication skills-Communication is a huge part of being a leader. A Supervisor needs to be able to explain any given topic with different approaches to reach all members of the team.
  • Brand management-I think it's necessary to share with our team the reasons why we are the best and how we can continue to build, improve, and lead the industry.
  • Proficient in excel, microsoft word, powerpoint, and Office 365, reading and interpreting training reports, keeping Team members inline with maintaining an overall budget and mitigating unnecessary costs, scheduling of New Trainers onboarding process to get them in the field as soon as possible, providing evaluations/raises to Team personnel, and offering coaching/mentoring to bring out the best of our Associates and set them up to succeed on an individual basis.
