Technical Operator/Position Recovery Operator driven to maintain all operational equipment and safely perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs. I work as an aid to the unit engineer to achieve; production quotas, safety goals, ISO compliance, Inventory management, process specs, quality management and machine reliability. My personal goal is to work for a growing local company being allowed to use my knowledge in industrial mechanical maintenance or production processes to be a productive associate.
I began this employment with this employer in an entry level position of machine operator on Reiter J-510 Drawtwist equipment responsible for the continuous machine production and quality of polyester sewing thread core; this required working in a production team environment.

This meaning when the supervisor was absent for any reason I would fill in for them and actively supervise our crew of associates.

Technical Assistant Operator.
At the competition of the project I was asked to remain on the day shift and was offered a newly created position of Technical Assistant Operator; this is a direct assistant to the units mechanical engineer. I have held this current position for 13 years. My responsibilities include:
I started off as a doff operator responsible for doffing cloth from machines and transporting it to the quality inspection and packing area, i was also responsible for sweeping the floor and blowing fly waste from machines.
