I've always been very intuitive when it comes to being a sales representative be it at staples or verizon. I find my ability to talk to the customer and relate to them puts me over the top when it comes to good customer service. with literally all past jobs requiring me to build up a kind of clientele to myself be that giving my personal number to customers especially older folk who tend to have trouble in dealing with technology and making the experience as smooth and easy as possible for them. Going above and beyond what is asked of me to make what to most seems troubling in dealing with it a very simple and enjoyable process.
