After an additional 8 months in that position i was promoted to inventory where i learned the process from data entry to ensure stock levels and ordering material. After 1 month of initial training i was promoted to inventory manager where i would meet with vendors and place orders, travel to mutiple locations to ensure stock levels, edit current items and prices for product as needed, find and add new product, make sure vendors are paid and handle company checks; etc.
