Summary

Being in a fast pace environment, like a classroom, can be overwhelming and tiring. Additional support from a co-worker can provide relief to not only the other teacher(s) in the classroom, but to the students too. I have worked in childcare and have developed a passion for working with children. I love seeing the look on a child's face go from "I'm confused" to "wow I understand this." When this happens it makes me feel as if I just helped this child reach a great milestone in their life. Working with children is one of the greatest blessings a person can have in their life. I have been working in the field for 3 years now throughout the winter and summer. During the school year, I miss being in a classroom more than anything during the school year. With my classes being mainly online, I am able to provide the time and energy into the children who I work with to assist in anything that they or their lead teacher may need.
