[All but dissertation with 4.0 GPA average]. My dissertation would have been called: Reversed Learning for Creative Thinking. My research was backed by a private company to conduct interviews with students who learn through disassembling completed work. Analyzing the data from the interviews would determine if students had an understanding of the structure, main reasons, modality, psychological, socio-economic implications of the completed work .

Due to the climate in NYS, all mandated subjects at that time, not set by title and code were threatened by layoffs. I was a NYS effective teacher who was forced into retirement along with my peers. I retired July 2013 to save my pension/benefits since I was close to retirement age. I had no choice in sacrificing my research which required me to be a current teacher. I could not complete my terminal degree.
