Summary
My passion and commitment in this field stem from my concern for the overall well-being of those students and parents, community, that I have had the pleasure of working with over 16 years. I have come to develop great self-confidence in my ability to apply in becoming an Assistant Principal/ Principal and expand myself and knowledge to help educate our upcoming youth and families, to understand the importance of education and real world settings. My goals of pursuing this program are for my preparation to work in roles as an Assistant Principal/ Principal and my collaboration with regular educators and parents. In addition, I would like to work with other service providers and come up with better teaching methods for children. I would also wish to give appropriate education to parents with children with mild disability so that they take care of them as is required. I also truly feel that this is my calling to help others. I am, therefore, confident that given the chance, I will work hard and attain my professional and academic goals for the benefit of our youth.

Accomplishments
In the 2014-2015 academic year, My Fresh Start Program has 8 senior students out of 18 ( 44% success rate in comparison to a 100% failure rate if not in the program); in which 7 out of the 8 (87.5%) are currently on task to graduate this year and 6 out of the 8 (& 5%) have passed the MCAS. One of the most rewarding goals for our students population is to develop them into lifelong learners in that each student continues his or her academic success after high school; thereby, promoting an improved quality of life for the rest of their future endeavors. That being said, over half (57%) have been accepted to a 4 year University/ College, and 2 students have been accepted to 4 year schools with 3 others attending a Community College.
