I have taught and coached from Division 1A Universities all the way down to Jr. High Schools along my career.

I have had the opportunity to advance some of my athletes to college and the Pro levels in multiple sports.

My major accomplishments have been around strength and conditioning where if the athletes bought in they became much better with their skill sets.

In education I have tried to guide my students to better themselves for the future. If its college, trade school or certifications to improve in their job status, i always encouraged them to do better in life.
