Additional Information

In grade school I was not a great student in or out of the classroom. I was more focused on the social aspects of school, specifically basketball. This has given me the ability to build a strong rapport with my students no matter their background. I get as sense that they feel that I have a true understanding about their behavior, success, failures, and general outlook on school. In eight years of teaching,, other than being an extremely hard workers, I feel having the ability to connect to my students has been the greatest asset. Students realize that I am not a robot, but a person that understands and cares of the well-being and future success.
