My personality is cheerful, and I have a strong sense of teamwork. I love life, like to communicate and cooperate with others, and I am passionate and confident in my work. From my academic background to my work experience, I have a strong interest in international cultural exchanges and cultural exchanges between East and West. At the same time, I have made certain practices, hoping that I could do better in this field. At the same time, I also have leadership experience at the middle level and above. I worked as a university teacher at the Communication University of China at Nanjing, responsible for the organization and management of student activities, organized a number of large-scale activities, and assisted Jiangsu TV to complete the recording of multiple evening parties and programs.
As an associate professor in the Department of New Media Art of the National Academy of Chinese Theater Arts, I was responsible for the teaching of digital media art majors such as Chinese and Foreign Film History, Appreciation of Classic Animation Films, and Basics of Directors. At the same time, I was responsible for supervising 2 graduate students. During the period, I published one personal monograph, 7 national core journal papers, undertook 1 scientific research project of the Ministry of Culture, 1 Beijing-level scientific research project, and 2 academic-level scientific research projects; participated in 1 research project of the Ministry of Culture, and 1 Beijing-level scientific research. Since January 2019, I have served as the Chinese Director of the Opera Confucius Institute at the State University of New York at Binghamton, where I am responsible for the teaching of Peking Opera and three tours. Lead the team to hold 12 Peking Opera special performances in 2019, and lead the opera Confucius Institute to obtain the title of "Global Advanced Confucius Institute 2019"
In the China Central Television Variety Show Channel's "Art Life" column group, I am in charge of editing and planing. During the period, I completed some TV programs, such as the "Interview with Director Xie Tieli of Chinese Films for 100 Years", "Interview with Chinese Disabled Art Troupe", "May 1Special Program in 2005", etc.

During that time, I served as the chairman of the Students' Union of the Communication University of China and took over the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Communication University of China. I also organized and coordinated many large-scale events during this time.
