Results included employee engagement of 81%, on-line customer growth of 5x and revenue growth of 10%.

Led efforts to build and scale the new business (Healthcare) and to successfully integrate 800 employees into Intuit (Financial Institutions). Built talented and engaged organizations in both businesses.

Designed and facilitated learning experiences for the GE Financial Assurance business, a division of GE Capital. As a certified facilitator in GE's Change Acceleration Process, taught others how to successfully lead change. Also taught facilitative leadership and led the effort to design new, on-line learning programs.
As a certified Black Belt, led strategic initiatives to accelerate business outcomes. Partnered with the SVP of Product Management and other key, senior leaders to successfully implement GE's new product introduction process and apply it to a services business.
