Professional Summary

Passionate when it comes to the delivery of client-centric care for the aged, I am a Community Support Worker and Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with just over one year of experience in these specialised areas. Having taken time out from this sector to work in the mining and LNG industries as a Peggy, Trade Assistant and Labourer, I now wish to return to aged care and further develop my skills. A caring and empathetic individual, I have a natural ability to establish and maintain working relationships of trust with clients and their families. In all that I do, I take a non-judgemental and compassionate approach, empowering those I work with and actively facilitating optimum health and wellbeing. In team and individual situations, I ensure a positive and productive contribution and as such, in each of my roles I have become a well-liked and respected team member who can always be counted on. Through my adherence to WHS policy and procedure, I have maintained a zero-harm safety record spanning my entire career and I look out for others in the workplace, to ensure their safety. Dedicated to providing clients with the very best care, I embrace the opportunity to broaden my skills through continuous learning and development.
