Human Resources Payroll Coordinator, 10/2016 - Current
Paycom – City, STATE, Responsible for providing day to day administrative and clerical support to employees and the human resources department on payroll and tax related issues and needs. Compile and prepare payroll records, verifying accuracy and completeness. Assist with system changes, access resets, timecard assistance and payroll needs. Assist with New Employee Orientation, Benefit meetings and employee events. Audit payroll changes, needs and verify current accruals and tax tables. Regularly audit benefit changes for payroll and verify these are accurate and complete. Send Tax report to Tax Supervisor to audit new entries and changes. Assist with garnishments, 401k changes and loans, PTO requests and any deduction or earning changes. Pull timeclock reports and review for completeness and accuracy. Connect with leaders on pending payroll needs. Process bi-weekly payroll. Compile internal management report for pre and prior needs. Maintain spreadsheet of changes and any forms for auditing needs and reference. Accurate and timely processing of manuals and voids. Work with Human Resources Management to assist with the planning, communicating, and tracking of company-wide events and projects. Verify employment and payroll information in response to external inquires. Complete audits on system accuracy, updated information and PAF needs, in order to maintain and update human resource records.
